What are the most important features all basketball workouts should have?
Premier Hoops has been in business for 7 years and we have coaches who played D1 college basketball.
We have a unique training approach, there is no any other program can offer.
1. All basketball workouts should have low coach to player ratio.
This means that your child will be getting a high level of personal attention from great coaches.
2. Players should be active for the entire time that they are at basketball sessions.
During all Premier Hoops workouts, there is no standing around.
Players are always active, by either practicing their skills or playing mini-games such as 1v1, 2v2, or 3v3.
3. Players evaluations and goal setting.
Starting at the junior level, we begin to give our players written evaluations after 8-week programs so that they know what their strengths and weaknesses are.
We then set goals to try to improve the weaknesses so that players are continually making improvement / being a well rounded player.
4. Changing/adding new drills
As players start to become better at starter drills, coaches will switch up the routine to different drills.
