What is so unique about our Intro to 4S Summer Skills program?
Get ready for 8-Week Summer Skills Training with this incredible 4-week intro course.
Your child will get to work on stamina, speed, strength and skills… this is an intro course to get ready for our 9th Annual 8-Week “4s” Summer Training Program!
-Private skills instruction | At each session players receive individual skills coaching and tips from some of the best basketball coaches in New England (Former D1 and Professional Players on staff).
-Skills & Games | Workouts are split into one hour of skill /strength development (leg strength, core strength, foot speed, quickness, agility ball-handling, passing, shooting, footwork, defense and more!) and 30 minutes of scrimmaging.
-There is always at least a 1 to 10 coach to player ratio. The more players that sign up, the more coaches we add.
Each skills night is divided into one hour of skill development and 30 minutes of mini-scrimmage games, where players will work on drills to improve their on-court game.
Coaches will also be showing core fundamental skills & drills so that players will have a better idea about the drills during our 8-week program in April and May.

– Ball Handling / Strengthening drills
– Passing drills
– Shooting instruction
– Advice/instruction on how to make close shots (finishing at basket)
– 1v1 defense
– Team defense
– Proper court spacing
– Pick-in roll and give-go offense
-If players have specific questions for coaches on how to do moves, get open, footwork, or anything else… our coaches will take the time to individually explain everything to the player!
