Each week is Limited to 40 Spots (MUST pre-register to save spot).

Boys & Girls (Grades 1-12) | Split by age and skill level

Wk 2: July 31 – August 4

Marblehead Summer Basketball Clinic Run-Down!

The program is directed by coaches from Premier Hoops. All players are broken up by gender and put on their own teams for the week.

The first hour and a half of each morning consists of warm-up drills, shooting practice, dribbling practice, and pick-up games.

The next hour and a half are “league” games where each team plays against each other.

At the end of the week, teams play each other in the league playoffs.

Kids should bring basketball sneakers, shorts, a reversible jersey and a snack (please let us know if your athlete is allergic to anything).

All registrations must be called in or filled out at Marblehead Parks & Recs, 10 Humphrey St, Marblehead, MA 01945.

Is your child new to the game of basketball?

This is a great morning basketball skills camp to keep your child active and to have a lot of fun.

The clinics is conveniently located at the Marblehead High School Field House, which is a state of the art facility.

Benefits of this new skills camp:

  • Making new new friends from all over Eastern Massachusetts
  • Playing basketball games and staying active
  • Learning new skills and moves from former college and professional players
  • Getting out of the house and having a lot of fun!

Daily Schedule:

9:00-9:30am | Check-in & Shoot Around

9:30-10:15am | Skill Development (each day focus changes / focuses include: ball-handling, passing, shooting, footwork, and defense)

10:15-11:00am | Mini games (1v1, 2v2, 3v3)

11:00-11:20am | Snack / foul shooting

11:20-11:40am | Daily lecture on different skills topics including pick & rolls / spacing / defense / rebounding and more.

11:40am-12:10pm | Fun skills competitions

12:10-1:00pm | Full-Court Games
