Join, Coach Mike, President & Founder of Premier Hoops. He will guide you through a unique and explosive ball-handling skills training workout. This will also include ab strength and stamina building! Coach Mike has been training youth, high school and college basketball players since 2009. Along with playing the point guard position at St. John’s Prep High School and Babson College, Coach Mike regularly studies and updates his knowledge of basketball through videos and coach’s conferences.

Ilya’s career in health and wellness started over 10 years ago. From getting certified as a personal trainer and working in a gym setting to obtaining his Doctorate in Physical Therapy and working with clients in a clinic, Ilya not only considers this a job, but as a total lifestyle. There are many facets to health and leading a well-rounded healthy lifestyle, and Ilya has devoted his profession to educating patients and clients and helping them improve their quality of life based on individual needs.
