These are some of the best skills training workouts of the summer. Each session will feature fundamental drills as well as strength drills for basketball. The combination of speed, quickness, agility, strength, balance and skills will help to build the complete player over the course of the summer. Be prepared for fun scrimmage games and skills competitions at each session!
