Ready for an action packed basketball program for youth basketball player of all skill levels?
Sharpen your basketball speed, agility, strength, and skills in this 6-week Explosive Premier Hoops Summer Training Program.
Every Saturday, spend three hours working on your game with some of the best skills trainers in Mass (former d1,d2, and d3 players).
This program is great for players who play other sports as well, because it works on your endurance and explosiveness.
Summer Basketball Training Cambridge, MA | Daily Schedule:
10:00am | Check in, shoot-around and dynamic warm-ups
10:15-10:40am | Speed, agility, quickness, strength training
10:40-11:15am | Mini games (1v1, 2v2, and 3v3 focused on teaching proper spacing and basic principles for offense and defense)
11:15-11:30am | Snack break (Bring your own snack)
11:30am-12:15pm | Fundamental skills training (ball-handling, passing, shooting, and more!)
12:15-1:00pm | Full-Court Games
Private Skills Instruction | Enrollment is Limited to 30 spots
Through 6-Week Basketball Training Cambridge players will:
Improve strength, speed, quickness, and agility
Learn new drills that they can practice and perfect on their own
Make new friends
